I don’t know where to begin to thank you for the amazing job you did on the sale of my childhood home. You single handedly made what I anticipated would be a miserable experience a palatable one given the emotional toll and guilt I felt when I first decided to sell. I am writing about my experience with Mark Goldsmith. My girlfriend and I had the good fortune of meeting Mark at an open house in Sherman Oaks. We were instantly impressed by Mark’s friendly and professional demeanor. At the time we met Mark, I had 12346 Otsego Street in Valley Village on the market for $1,160,000. It had been listed for almost 6 months with very little activity. I felt it was time to make a change. We had interviewed other agents, but Mark’s professional presentation was foremost in my mind. When I invited Mark to the property he made several suggestions to improve its presentation. When Mark visited a second time, he clearly presented his marketing strategy.
